**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Manager to join on a permanent basis in either our Sydney or Brisbane office.
The L&OD Manager role forms part of our global L&OD team who are a centralised team predominantly based in the UK and Australia. The team work collaboratively as one to provide a high quality learning experience and global offering to our people in all our 31 offices around the world. The L&OD team are responsible for a range of learning and development programmes, projects and advisory services including business skills development for all levels.
This role focuses on the management of legal training and legal skills provision for our graduates and seasonal clerks including delivery of the graduate development programme, you will facilitate face-to-face and online programmes and courses. You will also work closely and collaboratively with the L&OD Digital, Global Lead to identify, design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions to support the transformation of our NewLaw offering, Ashurst Advance.

**About you**:
- Strong facilitation and training delivery experience - both face to face and online
- Significant experience in learning programme design and delivery to wide audiences
- Proactive with excellent organisational skills - able manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Experience as a Lawyer (desired, not essential)
