Your Opportunity Awaits:
We're looking for passionate travel consultants eager to dive into the cruise industry and guide clients through every step of their journey—from first enquiry right through to welcoming them back home. This full‑time role offers plenty of support and rewarding opportunities with uncapped commission potential.
While we're aiming for an immediate start, we're flexible and happy to work around your current notice period to make the transition smooth.
Your Day‑to‑Day Adventures:
* Manage inbound cruise enquiries and design tailored travel itineraries
* Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring excellent customer service
* Maintain ongoing client relationships from booking through to post‑cruise follow‑up
* Proficient in essential cruise systems like Polar, Seaweb, and many more.
* Work across a rotating weekday roster with standard office hours
* Occasional weekend shifts required

* Bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in travel sales, with a strong passion for cruising and a proven ability to close the deal.
