About the Role
We1re looking for a
Senior Accountant
ready to take ownership of a client portfolio, build long-term relationships, and be a key part of the clients advisory team.
You1ll collaborate closely with our Production Manager (who handles the technical reviews and team workflow), while you focus on client interaction, strategic advice, and leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own portfolio of SME clients
Building trusted relationships and acting as their go-to advisor
Reviewing tax returns, financials, and BAS prepared by the team
Delivering proactive advice across tax, compliance, and business strategy
Collaborating with the production team for workflow and turnaround
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and efficiency
About You
You1re not just technically capable you bring positive energy, strong communication, and a genuine love of helping people.
What we1re looking for:
5+ years in Australian public practice
Robust technical skills across tax and compliance
Experience managing your own client base
Excellent verbal and written communication
Approachable, bubbly personality people love working with you
A growth mindset and natural leadership style
Xero and XPM experience preferred
