Key Responsibilities:
1. Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounting: recording transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts in MYOB and our job system (Procore).
2. Keep the financial gears turning with professional collection processes and consistent follow through.
3. Serve as the guardian of precision, maintaining spotless financial records by reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis.
4. Channel your customer service to ensure a smooth issuance and collections process alongside our Service team.
Requirements:
1. Prior accounting experience is necessary to hit the ground running in this role.
2. Excel wizards preferred - proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must.
3. Detail-oriented? Check. Great communicator? Double-check. We're looking for someone with top-notch attention to detail and stellar interpersonal skills.
