Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with operational leaders on risk management strategies
* Provide expert health & safety guidance, support and coaching to operational teams
* Aid in the implementation and roll-out of our Health & Safety Strategy and Business Unit Plan
* Manage incident response and subsequent analysis and learnings
* Support operations in preparation, management and response to HSE Regulatory Compliance inspections, audits, statutory reports and prescribed incident notifications
* Foster the implementation of the HSEQ Management System & National Programs
* Ensure timely completion of Assurance Audits according to the Audit and Assurance Program and monitor closeout of WHS actions
