Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Cairns store and take charge.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive sales, lead and develop a high‑performing team aligned to our core values, and create a memorable customer experience. It's a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on a growing brand and lead by example in a thriving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively and attentively own overall store performance
* Drive sales, profit, and control costs to achieve KPIs
* Ensure a customer‑centric culture that delivers a warm, helpful, and exceptional experience
* Provide inspirational leadership and training to develop the team
* Coach and develop the retail sales team to meet targets and build a high‑performing unit
* Develop and implement strategies that maximise both sales and customer service targets, thereby driving store performance
* Be a product‑knowledge expert and live our values: #WeKeepItReal, #WeAddValue, #WeMakeItPersonal, #WeAreExperts, #WeAreDistinctive
* Adhere to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, advocating OH&S principles at all times
Skills & Experiences
* At least 3–5 years of previous experience in a similar retail role
* Proven track record of achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs through effective selling skills and leadership
* Experience with people management and ability to coach and lead a team
* Experience managing a retail store or high‑volume department, including end‑to‑end store operations
* Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rosters
* Strong understanding of financial management and budgetary control skills
* Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers, key stakeholders, internal and external
* Ability to balance sales, customer care, team development and administrative tasks
* Physical ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving products of varying sizes
* Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident, or already hold a valid visa that allows work in Australia
