Your New Role
As a Senior Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer, you will take responsibility for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes while providing both technical and commercial leadership throughout the delivery cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery across several concurrent projects.
* Maintaining strong communication with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
* Providing technical guidance and commercial insight to support project execution.
* Administering project contracts and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
* Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks.
* Applying specialist material or product knowledge to support project development.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
* Solid experience in contract administration.
Highly regarded experience includes:
* At least five years of project management experience within the construction industry, ideally involving government clients or Tier 1 contractors.
* Demonstrated capability in contract administration, including variations, EOTs, claims and notifications.
* Previous exposure to specialized materials or engineered products.
* The ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities.
