Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
6. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
7. Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
8. Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
10. Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Skills and Experience
11. Previous experience in internal sales or customer service highly regarded.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
14. Proactive and solution‐focused approach.
15. Computer literate at an intermediate level, with experience using Microsoft Office tools.
16. Product knowledge in bearing and power transmission (desirable but not essential).
