Business Lending Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in Greater Western Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with your customers and leveraging your networks to support small business customers bring their business ideas to life.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million. You will maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs to provide tailored banking solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with small business owners and stakeholders.
* Provide expert advice on business banking solutions and lending options.
* Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Motivation to build genuine personal connections with our customers.
* Lending experience in business banking or retail banking.
* Excellent understanding of the SME Market.
* Strong customer and relationship management skills.
