About the role:
Reporting to the either the Head of Creative - Grouse House or the Brand Manager for Aunty Donna, the Social Producer and Community Managers play an important role in maximising engagement with the Grouse House, Aunty Donna, and Haven't You Done Well Productions' social media platforms, to build strong online communities. The Social Producer and Community Managers will work collaboratively with the Production Team, Video Editors, Content Creators and Talent, to ideate, create, and distribute engaging comedy content, and contribute to building and achieving the strategic marketing objectives of Haven't You Done Well Productions.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Ideate, create, and distribute engaging comedy content across Aunty Donna, Grouse House, and Haven't You Done Well Productions' social media platforms. This may include filming, video editing, graphic design, and editorial, as well as repurposing existing footage for new audiences and platforms.
Content Coordination:
Manage and implement the Aunty Donna, Grouse House, and Haven't You Done Well Productions social media content calendars.
Campaign Delivery:
Support the wider team to implement marketing campaigns
related to new titles, products, brands, channels, and events.
Community Management:
Monitor and engage the audience to encourage positive sentiment and connection within Aunty Donna, Grouse House, and Haven't You Done Well Productions' online communities.
Analysis and Reporting:
Create social media reports to deliver insights related to new titles, products, brands, channels, and events.
Relationship Management:
Build collaborative and positive relationships with Haven't You Done Well Productions' internal and external stakeholders.
Essential

Experience:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a social media, marketing, or content production role.
Technical Expertise:
Basic proficiency with editing tools including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.
Social Media:
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with the ability to identify trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours.
Organisational Skills:
Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling copy.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to
complete tasks with accuracy, and maintain a consistent brand style and voice.
Collaboration and Initiative:
Ability to work collaboratively or independently as required.

Desirable:
Tertiary Qualification:
Qualifications in digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Social Media Management and Project Management Tools
: Experience with social media management software, and project management software.
Data Analysis:
Experience collating and analysing performance metrics, to gauge the success of campaigns, optimize future content, and adapt strategies.
SEO Knowledge:
Basic understanding of SEO principles to optimise content discoverability and visibility.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in and awareness of the Australian comedy and entertainment landscape.
Comedy Content:
Experience filming and editing comedy content.
