Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across a dynamic corporate portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer management for a diverse range of corporate roles.
* Attract and place top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic goals.
* Lead the delivery of recruitment processes and partner closely with Senior Hiring Managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the selection process.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and develop deep expertise in your recruitment portfolio.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in senior-level recruitment within an internal Talent Acquisition function.
* A proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
* Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and forecasting recruitment needs.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* A detail-oriented, process-driven approach with excellent time management.
* A deep understanding of the corporate landscape, business strategy, and organisational dynamics.
