Qualifications
3+ years in Grocery Management
Solid grasp of shrink control
Confident with financial reporting (budgets, GP, wage control)
Experience in buying & stock management
Hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
Forklift Licence preferred
Physically fit and enjoys active work
Excellent planning and communication
Proven ability to train, support & manage a team
Service-first attitude with a positive outlook
Quick to recognise and resolve issues
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to work both independently and with the team
Committed to Food Safety & WHS standards
