* Nationally recognised CHC33021 | Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) upon the completion of your traineeship
* Graduate with hands-on Residential Aged Care experience with a dedicated field consultant who can mentor and support you while you learn (and earn)
Who we are looking for:
Candidates who want to obtain a CHC33021 | Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) (please note you are not eligible if you already hold this qualification).
* Warm, respectful, and compassionate individuals
* Great communicators who enjoy helping others
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS worker check (if you do not have one already)
* Candidates who can demonstrate a high level of empathy, problem solving, and customer service skills will be highly regarded
* No professional Aged Care experience necessary – just a desire to learn and care for others
What you will learn:
* Support ageing people with Personal Care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
* Promote independence and dignity amongst ageing people
* Help residents move around, get out of bed, walk, and use mobility aids
* Work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to follow each resident's care plan
