Overview
7 Weeks Annual Leave | Ability to Salary Package. This is a fixed-term role for a Travelling Support Officer in ALPA's Community Development Program (CDP). The position travels across Arnhem Land to support ALPA's 10 CDP Sites with responsibilities such as covering vacancies, supporting sites during staff absences, and providing additional on-site assistance as required.

Responsibilities
* Travel across Arnhem Land to support ALPA's 10 CDP sites as required
* Cover vacancies while recruitment is underway
* Cover roles when employees go on annual leave
* Provide additional on-site support to communities as needed
* Engage with employees and community stakeholders to build strong relationships
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working as an Employment Consultant or Activities Coordinator (preferred)
* Understanding of the CDP contract is advantageous
* Flexible, adventurous, and adaptable with strong relationship-building skills
