Key Role: Structural Engineering Lead
We are seeking an accomplished and driven structural engineer to join our Sydney team. This strategic position will provide innovation and excellence while supporting a talented group of engineers.
This role requires at least 10 years' experience in structural engineering, preferably within a consulting environment, and a proven track record of leading teams.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver practical, economical, and innovative solutions across various projects
* Lead medium to large-scale projects, including pricing, tender submissions, project scheduling, resourcing, and budget oversight
* Produce and review designs, specifications, technical documentation, reports, and fee proposals
* Maintain strong client relationships and drive business opportunities
* Manage and develop a team of professional engineers
* Guide and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practice
* Support the Director in project management
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting environment
* Proven experience leading and managing a team
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with CPEng accreditation
* Understanding of Australian Standards
