As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you’ll provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to optimise patient outcomes under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
* Deliver high-quality, individualised patient care within a supportive team environment
* Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating care to achieve clinical goals
* Promote holistic, patient-centred care that respects individual needs and rights
* Communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation to support patient safety and compliance

Essential Criteria
* Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
* An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
