Working arrangement: Part time (salary) or Contracting (paid per hour of work) as per the therapist's request
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 (part time equivalent) or $105-$125/ hour (contracting) depending on experience. Plus travel
Location: mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (Specific location as desired by the therapist)
Schedule: up to 2 (or more) ongoing days of your choosing

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments, carry out therapy, & construct reports for our NDIS participants (Paediatrics & Adults)
* Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records
* Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Network with potential stakeholders to help grow the JC Care brand in the local communities
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology AU
* 2 years experience working as a Speech Pathologist (Desirable but not necessary)
* Experience working in the NDIS sector (Desirable but not necessary)
* Current Working with children check
* Current CPR
* Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
