Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities: Assessing and providing therapy to a diverse client base, encompassing both paediatric and adult needs. Actively supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals and functional outcomes. Conducting comprehensive assistive technology (AT) assessments and formulating appropriate recommendations. Producing clear, accurate, and timely clinical reports. Efficiently managing a varied caseload and consistently meeting predefined clinical targets. Engaging in productive collaboration with clients' families, external referrers, and relevant stakeholders. Committing to regular clinical supervision and professional development activities. Specialised New Graduate Program For newly qualified therapists, a structured, 12-month program is in place to ensure a seamless and supported transition into clinical practice.
