That’s where you come in...Location Office Based Role - Ashford, (Kent) UK or Cairns, Australia.SalaryUK - £51,500 - £54,200 GBP per annum (dependent on experience)Australia - $97,000 - $102,100 AUD per annum (dependent on experience)NOTE Applicants must have the current, legal right to work in the Australia or the UK. Acceptance of and adherence to MAF’s purpose, vision and values is an essential condition of employment.** About the RoleYou’ll play a strategic leadership role in designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance organisational performance, employee engagement, leadership development, and culture across MAF International. This is a high-impact position supporting both global and local teams with a strong emphasis on alignment with MAF’s Christian mission and values. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver organisation-wide strategies for L&D, talent management, and cultural change.Lead coaching, team development, and competency-based leadership programs.Drive learning strategies that support operational and strategic goals, with measurable impact.Shape and support the EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) culture in line with MAF’s values.Mentor and support leaders through coaching frameworks and leadership development tools.Partner with teams across the globe to enhance organisational effectiveness and performance.For The Complete Job Description, Click Here....Final applications for this role accepted by Sunday 6th July What We’re Looking ForEssentialBachelor’s in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).Strong experience in adult learning, leadership development, and competency frameworks.Accreditation in coaching/organisational diagnostics (e.g. Denison, 360° feedback, StrengthsFinder).Proven track record in blended learning strategies, including LMS and e-learning tools.Christian maturity, with a commitment to leading spiritually and supporting MAF’s vision and values.
