Who will you be working with?

You'll join a high-performing sales call centre and lead a team of 10-12 customer service operatives to foster a people-centric, customer-savvy, and results-driven culture.
As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you'll be passionate about driving a high-performance and sales culture to achieve brand revenue, growth, and retention targets by setting, monitoring, and coaching to clear performance standards and expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Drive team performance through setting, monitoring, and coaching to service standards
* Coordinate and take ownership of daily operational performance across the call centre
* Implement and conduct regular leadership routines such as 1:1's, group coaching, and team meetings
* Lead and develop a customer-focused performance culture
* Provide support and guidance to customers or on process queries as a point of escalation and referral
* Utilise data and insights to optimise processes
We are looking for someone with:
* 2+ years in a call centre environment
* Demonstrated leadership experience and capabilities (call centre experience highly regarded)
* Ability to analyse performance and implement coaching methods to improve team productivity
* Influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills across stakeholders
* Ability to work in a sometimes challenging but always changing environment
* Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
