From private functions and multiday conferences to weddings and gala dinners, our property can cater for a variety of client needs. We are seeking a detail-driven Casual Event Administrator to support our busy Sales & Events team with day-to-day administration and coordination tasks. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders and is looking to grow within the events or hospitality space.
The Role:
* Supporting the Sales & Events team with phone enquiries, updating event documentation and preparing various event signage and collateral
* Maintaining accurate event details across our event software, Mews, Event Temple and internal software.
* Working with all of our in-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and calendar management.
* Supporting site inspections and occasional on-the-day assistance when required.
* Providing ad-hoc support during peak periods, launches or special event days.

About You:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
* Knowledge and experience with Opera and MS Office are advantageous.
* Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Full knowledge of conference layouts, AV requirements, and event setups preferrable.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Event Coordination or a qualification in Marketing, Events, or Communications.
* Reliable transport to Yarra Glen.
* Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
