About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support the Store Manager in the successful operation of our store.
* Support the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store.
* Assist the Store Manager to develop and foster a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives.
* Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
* Support the Store Manager train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Educated to Year 12 or equivalent.
* Established experience in a customer-focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in a retail environment.
* Exceptional people and communication skills.
* The ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales whilst supporting a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness.
* A proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional people management.
