Offer description

Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time, Max-Term (9 Months)

Location: Hindmarsh

There to care. Here for good.

Aged care is so important. Some people forget that. You don't and neither do we. Because helping people is what we were born to do. We've been a leading provider of aged care in communities across South Australia since 1953. That's a long journey, and we're proud of our stability and strength.

Now, we're on a mission to continue to grow and improve our services and impact, hand in hand with our fantastic team. Here, every moment matters and every client counts. And so do you.

Join our team as Business Systems Analyst (Oracle HCM) and shape your future and ours.

As our Business Systems Analyst with a strong Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) focus, you'll play a vital role in bridging business requirements with effective technology solutions across our Oracle HCM. You'll translate operational and reporting needs into clear functional specifications, partnering with technical teams and our Oracle vendor to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements across our Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Oracle Global Human Resources, Recruiting Cloud Service, Talent Management Cloud, and Learning Cloud Service.

By collaborating closely with leaders, technical teams, vendors and end-users, you'll help ensure our Oracle HCM environment and connected business systems are fit-for-purpose, well‐integrated and supported by efficient processes. You'll contribute to strong data integrity, reliable management reporting, and smooth change delivery that supports transformation across Helping Hand Aged Care.

Key to the success of this position is developing strong relationships with stakeholders and applying both traditional and agile methodologies to deliver innovative, high‐quality outcomes for the organisation. This is a 9‐month fixed‐term contract with potential for extension.

You'll also Make an Impact By
* Collaborating in the design, development and implementation of Oracle HCM enhancements and connected technology solutions to resolve complex business problems.
* Providing support to users of Helping Hand's Oracle HCM and related business systems, including issue triage and resolution, release management support, and participation in system upgrades, patches and development activities.
* Networking with other organisations, Oracle user communities and vendors (locally and nationally) as appropriate, to understand issues facing the industry and solutions being implemented.
What You'll Bring
* An Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) (or be willing to obtain), recognised by the International Institute of Business Analysis.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM highly desirable — specifically across one or more of: Oracle Global Human Resources, Recruiting Cloud Service, Talent Management Cloud, or Learning Cloud Service.
* Strong understanding of management reporting, data integrity, and customer relationship management.
* Strong capability eliciting and documenting systems requirements, supporting testing (UAT), and coordinating delivery with technical teams and/or external partners.
* Proven experience in delivering high‐quality user support, including investigating new and recurring issues through a structured problem‐resolution process and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in business process improvement, with knowledge of key principles and tools, and a demonstrated ability to map and document processes.
* Previous experience building stakeholder relationships in a medium‐size organisation, with a strong focus on customer service management principles.
* Skilled in using various software applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, with a keen interest in leveraging reporting tools to enhance business outcomes.
* A current SA driver's licence.
* A valid NDIS worker screening clearance (or be willing to obtain one).
You'll Stand Out From the Crowd If You Have Some of the Following
* Hands‐on configuration experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly across Oracle Global Human Resources, Recruiting Cloud Service, Talent Management Cloud, or Learning Cloud Service.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Change Management, and/or Health Care.
* Qualifications or experience in Finance and/or Human Resources.
* Prior experience in the Not-for‐Profit sector.
* Experience working with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
* Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certifications and/or hands‐on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, or Oracle integration tools.
Benefits
* Be part of a warm, friendly team that genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing.
* Maximise your take‐home pay by salary packaging up to $15,899 each year.
* Enjoy an additional $2,650 tax free per year with our Meal and Entertainment Card.
* Prioritise your health and wellbeing with discounted private health insurance, plus our Employee Assistance Program.
* Get active with our Fitness Passport Program and enjoy discounted gym memberships for you and your family.
