We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join a fast-paced administrative environment in a federal government setting.Location: Darwin, NTHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours/week)Security Requirements: Australian Citizenship and a clear National Police CheckWhat You\'ll Be DoingHandle and distribute high volumes of mail and correspondencePerform high-speed, accurate data entry and document preparationScan, personalise and rework documents and photographs as neededAssess and process paper-based applicationsSupport the production and quality assurance of official documentsApply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with established frameworksMaintain performance expectations and uphold high standards of output and qualityWhat We\'re Looking ForProven data entry experience with high accuracyExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong customer service and communication abilitiesComfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focusReliable, adaptable, and responsive to workload shifts and changing prioritiesPlease NoteThis is a full-time, in office position with no remote work option.
