Site Administration Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving administrative systems and procedures. This includes coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, supporting onboarding of new employees and contractors, managing site rosters and schedules, and welcoming visitors, answering calls professionally, and coordinating visitor inductions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of Site Administration experience, preferably within the mining and resources sector
* Proficient with INX and Inflight software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)
* Exceptional organisational skills
