In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
* Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries
* Provide clear, friendly communication via phone, email, and social platforms
* Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements
* Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation
* Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
* Build long‐term relationships that turn travelers into repeat clients
