Position: Community Outreach Nurse – Primary School (Morwell Park Primary School), Part‐time, Permanent.
Role Summary
Work as a Community Outreach Nurse within a primary school in the Latrobe Valley, supporting the Paediatric & Youth Hub team. Collaborate with school wellbeing staff to deliver early intervention nursing support that improves health, wellbeing, and educational engagement for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver school‐based nursing and early intervention support to children and families.
* Work collaboratively with school wellbeing teams and multidisciplinary health staff.
* Identify and respond to health, developmental, and wellbeing needs of students.
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
* A current Working with Children Check (Employee).
* Experience or interest in paediatric, community, or school‐based nursing (desirable).
