About the role:
Step into a hands-on Level 2 Support Engineer role where you'll act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting endpoints, servers, and networks. You'll also get exposure to cyber security across their infrastructure, perfect for someone looking to broaden their IT skills
What you need:
* 3-5+ years' experience in IT
* MSP experience – MUST HAVE
* Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune
* Configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and firewalls – MUST HAVE
Australian Citizenship is required due to government clients
