About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead our team's Agile transformation.
* Research, investigate, and prioritize work requests based on business needs
* Advise stakeholders on project scope and timeline using Agile methodologies
* Lead the quarterly planning cycle for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
* Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to optimize team performance
* Coach team members in Agile frameworks and Scrum practices to enhance their skills
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage product backlogs and new requests
* Guide development teams to adopt best practices and improve Scrum maturity
* Support the team in creating a productive environment where accountability and collaboration thrive
* Maintain governance of project plans against organizational frameworks and escalate concerns as necessary
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working within Agile project environments
* Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies in large organizations
* Demonstrated expertise in coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
* Strong skills in managing project scope and timelines using Agile tools
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills to promote effective collaboration and internal communication
* A deep understanding of inclusivity principles and the ability to design processes accessible to all staff
* Prior experience in disability and public sector is highly desirable
