Tutt Bryant Quarantine Services is a newly established business unit of Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift. Focusing on quarantine cleaning, containerised equipment consolidation and fumigation at our Naval Base Facility.
Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift
is the organisation's Crane Hire, Heavy Lifting & Specialised Transport division. Operating one of the largest crane fleets in Australia, Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift provides both wet (with operator) and dry (without operator) crane hire, as well as engineered turnkey solutions to meet all heavy lifting and transportation needs of major projects.
Role Description
Supporting the daily operations of Tutt Bryant Quarantine Services and wider Tutt Bryant Group, the Quarantine Services Facility Attendant ensures compliance with all quarantine, biosecurity, and workplace safety requirements. This role involves the cleaning of machinery and containers, dismantling and reassembling machinery and equipment, and assisting with the safe handling of cargo and materials.
Duties
* Perform pressure cleaning of machinery, equipment, and vehicles to meet quarantine and biosecurity standards.
* Dismantle and reassemble machinery and equipment as required for cleaning, inspection, or maintenance.
* Load and unload containers, cargo, and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assist quarantine inspectors during inspections, cleaning, and operational activities.
* Conduct general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning wash bays, storage areas, offices, and operational zones
* Maintain and organise the yard, including arranging cargo, clearing debris, and ensuring safe access to storage areas
* Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and biosecurity procedures
* Provide support to other divisions of the Tutt Bryant Group as required.

Skills & experience
* Experience in pressure cleaning, machinery handling, yard maintenance or a similar operational role.
* Ability to safely dismantle and reassemble machinery.
* Knowledge of quarantine and biosecurity practices is advantageous.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and operational tasks.
* C- Class drivers licence required, Forklift - High Risk Work Licence an advantage.
