About This Role
This position involves acting as a liaison between our organization and customers, providing exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
* You will work closely with the Branch Manager and a supportive team to deliver superior customer experiences by identifying and responding to customers' financial requirements.
* Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their current and future objectives, then match them with suitable banking solutions.
* Manage loan maintenance requests such as top-ups, pricing adjustments, and variations, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for the customer.
About You
You are a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping others.
* To excel in this role, bring previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within banking or financial services.
* Exposure to consumer lending is beneficial.
You approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
