About The Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager, Personalisation & MarTech to shape the future of customer engagement at Optus. Based within the Scout Squad of our Personalisation team, you will develop and execute data-driven experiences that connect meaningfully with customers across app, messaging, retail, and contact centre channels.
You will collaborate with cross-functional squads, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to implement new personalisation features, activate impactful use cases, promote business adoption, and evolve our scalable personalisation strategies. Whether working on strategic initiatives like Centralised Decisioning or deploying engaging customer journeys across digital platforms, your work will have a visible impact.
This role is hands-on and collaborative, ideal for a team player passionate about marketing technology, product thinking, and customer-first design.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Deliver key use cases demonstrating personalisation capabilities and support business integration.
2. Activate customer journeys to enhance engagement, conversion, and experience across digital and assisted channels.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to monitor KPIs and optimize engagement strategies.
4. Work with agile squads to prioritize and implement personalisation improvements using agile methodologies.
5. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Digital, and Marketing teams for seamless platform integration.
6. Partner with platforms like Lexer, Salesforce, Google, and Pega for developing personalised experiences.
About You
You possess a customer-first mindset and a passion for digital marketing technologies. You are organized, collaborative, and adept at balancing immediate delivery with strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
* Product management experience with marketing technologies and digital platforms
* Experience supporting or delivering Martech solutions
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Team-oriented with accountability for outcomes
* Curious and creative, interested in data, customer behaviour, and digital journeys
* Flexible to work 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely with flexible hours
