Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced and driven Bookkeeper to join their team in a part-time, permanent capacity. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities spanning accounts, bookkeeping, and administration, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting management with day-to-day financial operations.
Your new role
This multi-faceted position offers the opportunity to further develop your accounting career within a high-performing finance team. You will play a key role in managing core financial functions and supporting broader business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-function Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Cash flow management and bank reconciliations
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting
- Invoicing and general ledger maintenance
What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts role
- Experience as the sole accounts person in a small to medium-sized business
- Excellent attention to detail and technical accounting skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Professional presentation and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of other accounting software will be highly regarded
