Overview
As a Service Technician, you are the face of the company. Flick is a stable and successful company with dependable support systems throughout the organisation. We have a full-time position based in Bendigo, servicing surrounding areas. In this role, most of your day will be spent going from customer to customer in your Flick Service Vehicle, to service their washrooms and other products. Flick services both male and female washrooms. Full training provided. Uniform and on-the-job training. Safety equipment to perform your duties. Flexible hours.
This role is perfect if you enjoy: The trust to work unsupervised out on the road, providing a great service for your customers; a supportive team environment; developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Providing all washroom services including urinal cleaning treatments.
- Maintenance of our product into customer washrooms.
- Working to a planned schedule.
- Be aware of clients\' needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
Requirements
- A self-starter, with the ability to effectively manage your day independently.
- To be physically fit with a full medical prior to employment.
- A valid Australian Driver Licence.
- Working with Children Check & Police check.
- Must be COVID vaccinated, Flu vaccinated and willing to have all other vaccinations as per the company requirements.
- Prior experience in a Cleaning, Customer Service or Delivery Driver role will assist you but is not essential.
