Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified chef with experience in wet dishes or pastries
* Experience with low & slow BBQ smoked meats
* A genuine interest in learning more about butchery and meat preparation

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Cook and create our value-added heat-and-serve meals and pastry parcel range
* Help develop new retail-ready food products
* Provide retail customer service, including recipe suggestions and meal ideas
* Assist with butchery labouring duties: trimming, cryovacing, smallgoods slicing, product presentation
* Learn fresh meat preparation: trimming, slicing, and meat display skills
