Job Responsibilities
* Manage incoming service requests and schedule jobs efficiently

* Prepare accurate job cards and invoices while maintaining attention to detail
* Build strong relationships with parts and workshop teams through effective communication
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in trucks or heavy diesel environments
* Proven organisational skills, high-level planning capabilities, and excellent problem-solving abilities
