The Role

This is a new role within our agency and one that is important to our two northern offices : Surfers Paradise and Tweed Heads. We are looking for an organised and knowledgeable real estate sales support for both offices, who is able to assist the head office with operational requirements too. This role will be based between both offices on a weekly basis to ensure all staff are supported and catered for, administratively and operationally.

This role requires weekly attendance to both offices in Surfers Paradise and Tweed Heads

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Working with head office to ensure all legislation and compliance is accurate
* Working with the head office marketing division to execute marketing strategies for these two offices : organising team photoshoots, sourcing local talent, organising staff for marketing availability
* Supporting our existing team sales support with managing the team's compliance and sales administration
* Assisting head office to onboard new staff within both offices: such as system and process training
* The "go to" for arranging events on behalf of the head office
* Office orders from Officeworks and Woolworths
* Ad hoc sales admin duties for the team if needed
* Responsible for the set up and attendance of sales or company meetings for each office
* Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings, and ad hoc company events
* Systems and platforms including and not limited to: Agentbox, RpData, Ratemyagent,, Domain, social media platforms, Smart Sheets, Realhub, Shire Map

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

* Must have a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (legal industry requirement)
* Previous real estate experience is preferable
* Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must work well under pressure
* Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
* Strong confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
* Strong follow up skills
* The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
* Must be presentable
