Helpdesk Officer Job Description
We are seeking a Helpdesk Officer to join our team. As a Helpdesk Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
* Identify and resolve technical issues at 1st and 2nd level support.
* Review current systems to identify areas for improvement and work with the Service Delivery Manager to design and implement appropriate solutions.
* Provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to teams within the organisation.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ITIL foundational knowledge.
* Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft platforms (Azure, Server, Office 365).
* Demonstrated knowledge of ticket queue management.
* Experience supporting end user hardware.
* Minimum 1-2 years experience working in an fast-paced IT support role.
