Elite Plumbing Services is a well-established plumbing company employing over 45 staff and servicing residential home builders across Adelaide.
We are seeking a Scheduler & Planner to join our Operations team in a fast-paced, hands-on support role. You will work closely with our Operations Coordinator, on-site supervisors, tradespeople, and in-house administration to ensure jobs are scheduled, planned, and delivered efficiently.
This role is worked across five days per week, with flexible daily hours available.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule jobs using SimPRO
* Enter and maintain job data within the job management system
* Maintain accurate records and keep SimPRO updated with changes and progress
* Calculate charge-out rates and prepare daily invoicing
* Respond to emails and job call-ups
* Complete administrative tasks including compliance forms, payment follow-ups, and project administration
* Plan and manage logistics for plumbing service installations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in a labour-based supply & install business (advantageous but not essential)
* Previous use of SimPRO or similar job management software (preferred)
* Strong time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, personable, and able to think laterally
