Manager, Analytics Temporary Full-Time (35hpw) up to 4 years Salary Range $149,739 - $173,174 + super Location flexible across Revenue NSW offices withhybrid working.
Primary location in Parramatta office is preferred.
Reporting to the Director, the Manager, Analytics (specialisingin Data Partnerships) will lead and manage a team of analytic specialists, leaddata related partnerships, and provide advice and technical leadership instatistical and information analysis to maximise revenue and customerexperience outcomes.
Key responsibilities: Lead Revenue NSW data sharing practices in the interjurisdictional andinteragency context Assessand influence the quality of externally acquired data Leadthe design and implementation of sophisticated data-based researchprojects to support customer profiling and reporting Maintainknowledge of current developments and application of analytics and dataanalysis and champion continuous improvement for analytics Contributeto strategies, programs, policies and procedures to determine and achieveenhanced compliance outcomes To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology or Business Management (orrelated), along with relevant experience.
Demonstrateyour ability to develop and manage a team of professionals as well asimprove business efficiencies.
Demonstratea propensity to productively engage with multiple stakeholders.
Haveexperience developing complex correspondence and communication plans for adiverse audience and be able to devise, monitor and report on strategic,operational and project plans for an Executive audience.
Havefinancial management analytic and reporting capabilities acrossoperational and project activities.
