About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our premium tractors, harvesters, seeders, spreaders and more.
* Maintain and repair complex agricultural machinery
* Perform comprehensive mechanical services including maintenance, rebuilds, diagnostics and rapid breakdown support
* Support sales success with pre-assembly of cutting-edge machinery
* Cultivate strong relationships with valued customers
* Use expertise to empower apprentices
* Maintain a dynamic, safe and professional workshop environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A valid driver's licence
* Comprehensive service and repair experience in heavy diesel mechanics
* Agricultural experience is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
