Job Overview

The dental receptionist role involves providing a positive and professional experience for patients at our Nuriootpa centre.


Key Responsibilities:

* Greet patients, manage appointments, recalls, and patient records in an efficient and organized manner.
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and process payments and health fund claims accurately.
* Support the dental team with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and record management.


Requirements:

* Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
* Organizational ability and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy.
* Computer literacy and experience with dental software would be advantageous.
