About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, passionate, enthusiastic and service orientated Waiters, Bartenders, Baristas, Team Leaders and bar backs to service our specialised Corporate and Geelong Cats Members areas for AFL home games at GMHBA Stadium.
You will be required to be available for all AFL Home Matches, see first 6 match dates below, with the rest of the fixture to be realised later in the year.
GEELONG CATS 2026 HOME FIXTURE
Round 1 – Fremantle – Saturday March 14th
Round 3 – Adelaide – Thursday March 26th
Round 6 – Western Bulldogs – Friday April 17th
Round 8 – North Melbourne – Saturday May 2nd
Round 11 – Sydney – Saturday May 23rd
Round 14 – Gold Coast – Friday June 12th
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced food & beverage service environment such as an a la carte restaurant, behind a bar or in corporate catering/functions teams. Preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive attitude and initiative to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* A passion for attention to detail, ensuring everything runs smoothly for corporate and VIP clients
* Ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring all guests receive a premium experience
* Must have a valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA)
* A Working With Children's Check (desirable but not essential)
