About the role: Store Manager who leads from the front to drive store performance, coaches the team, and creates a positive, customer-first culture. Directly reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales and efficiency, lead stocktakes, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
- Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
- Report directly to the Regional Manager
- Lead stocktake processes and team development
- Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
- Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
What You'll Bring
- Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff)
- Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
- Solid computer and system skills
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Full Australian working rights
