This role requires you to be curious about behaviours and understanding the reason behind why a person uses challenging behaviours. You will work collaboratively within a team to identify factors affecting behaviour, develop efficient processes, and enhance the capacity of people to make their own life choices.
As an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, or a Bachelors Degree qualified Social Worker, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver best-practice, person-centered support to individuals with challenging behaviours.

Requirements
