Customer Service Ambassador
Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Ambassador to provide a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and self-motivated, and have a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure high levels of service are consistently demonstrated and delivered through multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, chat, social media, and email.
* Create Exceptional Guest Experiences: Understand guest needs and wants, and keep them front of mind in every aspect of the role.
* Communicate Timely Information: Share information with guests and operators about stores, products, services, and center events.
* Assist Guests: Provide directions and answer queries about the center's services and surrounding area.
* Log Feedback and Requests: Escalate feedback and requests to management where necessary.
Requirements
* 0-2 Years' Experience in a Customer/Guest Service environment
* Fast-Paced Environment experience preferred in Call Center or Retail
* Excellent Communication Skills with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
* Proactive Approach with problem-solving skills and ability to improve systems and efficiency
* Empathy and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
