Skills and Attributes

* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly

* Interest in compliance, lending policies, and regulatory requirements
* Experience with Broker Engine and Quickli is an advantage, but not essential
* A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, non-competitive environment
What You’ll Do
* Provide accurate and reliable support to a Senior Mortgage Broker
* Research lender policies and products to help deliver the best outcomes for clients
* Review documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance
* Deliver outstanding client service through regular communication and follow-ups
* Assist with income calculations, loan sign-ups, borrower assessments, and annual reviews
* Liaise with lenders and other key contacts
* Support existing clients by reviewing their loans and ensuring they remain on competitive rates while helping grow long-term relationships
