The Senior Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory and processing transactions.
The role involves ensuring the store is well-presented, maintaining strong product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.
Additionally, the Senior Retail Sales Assistant will assist with handling customer inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.QualificationsCustomer Service and Customer Experience skillsRetail Sales and Sales skills of at least 5 yearsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively on their own or in a team environmentPrevious retail experience and knowledge of art, colour palettes, and interior design are preferredStrong organisational and time management skills
