About The Role
In this role, you will manage the Customer Service team ensuring smooth onboarding, training and performance. Being the key figure in ensuring customers experience being positive, while providing support for your Customer Service team. To create and drive a positive and healthy work environment and to meet ongoing targets.
Role Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Currimundi, Queensland, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Branch Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience preferred leading people in a customer service setting is preferred
* Strong leadership and team building skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Previous knowledge of the healthcare industry/sector is preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead your team in onboarding, training, development and performance management
* Implement standard and effective business processes and ensure operational effectiveness
* Drive sales and growth within the team, helping the team meet KPI targets
* Take on more complex customer service issues that are escalated to you
* Lead by example and set high standards of client and customer service across all team
