We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chefs to join our culinary teams across a range of venues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure food is presented with consistency and care.
* Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of senior chefs, rotating through kitchens across the island to broaden your skills. We offer subsidised accommodation, paid overtime, discounts on island activities, and a $16.50/week gym membership.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
* Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
* Willingness to learn and follow direction.
* Good organisation, personal presentation, and communication skills.
